Pitch deck (max 8 slides)
Cover the problem, your initiative, target community, approach, a rough implementation plan, and why your team is right for it. PDF or PPTX.
Initiative details
A short written description (max 500 words): theme, cross-cutting lens, division you will work in, and one measurable outcome by February 2027.

Applications are reviewed against six criteria. Build with these in mind.
Relevance and potential impact of the proposed initiative
Strength and complementarity of the team
Clarity and feasibility of the implementation plan
Community rootedness in the target division
Alignment with at least one of the five thematic areas
Commitment to both bootcamps and the final showcase
